Please note: This is an LGBTQAI+ RECREATIONAL TOURNAMENT. We welcome players of all skill, gender, and sexuality, but the primary focus of this tournament is to represent the QUEER COMMUNITY in all capacities.

TOURNAMENT STYLE
Sin City is a seeded bracket tournament.

Day 1 - Pods of 4 teams will compete in 3 matches in a round robin rotation. Their tournament seeding will be determined by their final rank. Pods are seeded by divisions and skill.

Day 2 - Single Elimination tournament. Teams will be seeded into A and B and C Divisions.

Brackets will be determined by location and blind draw. As this is a national tournament, we want teams from around the country to be able to compete against other teams.

A Division - Advanced/Superb
B Division - Experienced
C Division (Formerly Low B) - Intermediate
D Division - Beginner/Recreational
Each Division will be determined by seeding, depending on how many teams register for each division.

SATURDAY, Jan 13th and SUNDAY Jan 14th
10am-6pm

TEAM SIZES:
12 Players - 22 Players

PLAYER COST:
$55 Early Bird
$60 Regular
$70 Late
All Teams Must have a MINIMUM Roster by Dec 1st
Registration CLOSES Dec 31st

COVID19 CANCELLATION POLICY: OutLoud Sports is following all guidance and efforts to ensure we can successfully play in our annual tournament. However, OutLoud Sports will not be responsible for cancellations based on the fluctuation of closings based on Covid19 spikes or any other action out of the control of our organization. We will do our very best to notify players as far, in advance, as possible. If the tournament has to cancel, OutLoud Sports will issue full refunds to the captains. If a team or player is unable to come due to the pandemic, we will not be offering refunds past Nov 15th.
